Enrollment, Payment, and Refund Policy

Certain Services, such as online courses and tutoring sessions, require payment of fees. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any change to fees will be effective upon posting on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS, TO ANY PARTY (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL OUTCOME, CERTIFICATION, JOB PLACEMENT, OR INCOME. ANY STATEMENTS REGARDING POTENTIAL RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEES.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Texas, in each case located in Travis County, Austin, Texas. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Governing Law and Jurisdiction will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or prior to the date the change is posted on the Site.
